Description

From age 10 Mr Seeley had been shoeing horses. He developed a great respect, sensitivity and understanding for all breeds and their respective purpose and way of going. Most horses had the common assortment of problems. Reconstructions, resections, treating founder and laminitis were common practice. Lynn understood how the hoof affects the entire horse and went on to improve their well being through removing metal shoes and trimming barefoot horses to health and soundness. Now with over 60 years of practice, Lynn shares his gentle trimming method through this illustrated manual and accompanying DVD hosted by Carole, President and Founder of Cavallo. This manual should be in every horse woman and man’s library either as reference for yourself or as guidance for your Trimmer.

I just love my Cavallo Western All-Purpose Saddle Pad! I use the same pad on both my Tennessee Walker and my Quarter Horse; it's unusual that you can use one pad that fits so well on different breeds. Right now I use the Nitrex side against the horses; the saddle doesn't move or roll from side to side when I'm mounting. I can ride for hours and my horse stays comfortable. Then the pad bounces right back into shape and adjusts to the next horse. I'm very particular about using clean saddle pads, not just for me but because the horses can feel the dirt. My Cavallo pad is so easy to clean. I just wipe the Nitrex side down with a cloth for immediate use or hose it down and it dries quickly. I've bought a lot of different and expensive saddle pads over the years and have never found one that I like so much as the Cavallo Saddle Pad! I'm very satisfied.

Thank you to Ashley and Jasper for sharing their story! "My Jasper was 6 years old when I got him and he came with a lot of baggage he had a really rough life to start.. he and I have been together for 6 years and he is my Ultimate Super horse, he tries everything I ask him to do...Ashley McCleary and Jasper I've never believed in horseshoes unless you're doing some heavy competition and I don't do that I do natural horsemanship... While Jasper and I are ridinghe always has tender feet, I always hated asking Jasper to walk on the rocks because he always would without complaint but he shows his pain in tripping and stumbling but he still did it... My friend Kelly Wolfe turned me on to the Cavallo boots. I bought them and Jasper can run on rocks now. thank you!  ... we appreciate you!"
