Thrush Buster® forms a cleaner barrier and deters dirt and manure penetration into the healthy frog. Its unique color tells you where it’s doing the job, with a fresh coat needed only where the color has faded. Thrush Buster® is more effective than commercial preparations, yet milder to sensitive tissue than bleaches, copper sulfate, or turpentine. Thrush Buster® can also be used before applying sole pads and silicon to toughen thin-soled feet.

Yesterday I went for an eight mile mountainous trail ride with the new SIMPLE Hoof Boots. A break-in time for boots is usually recommended; however, after four hours of ride time there was no rubbing from the boots at all. I was very happy with how the Simple Boots are designed and function. They do not come off while riding even rough and rocky terrain, but they are easy to put on and take off. They are a great product at a reasonable price. I also love your new Ride Fly-Free Mask.

Greg Giles, Cavallo Hoof Boots CEO, was recently approached by Chika at Equitana in Melbourne, Australia. Intrigued to find a true barefoot enthusiast from Japan, Greg asked how she came to her decisions about hoof boots. Barefoot and the use of hoof boots is not common practice in Japan. Chika said she never liked the idea of nailing metal to her horse and she wanted to do better. So, she fired up her computer, hit the internet and put in the time! Chika researched thoroughly and then watched every single video on our You Tube channel! When I approached the conversation, she surprised me by yelling out "CAROLE!". She recognized me from watching the instructional videos. We had a laugh about it, and she explained how her journey led her to get on a plane and come out to Melbourne to secure her new Cavallo hoof boots for her horse. Can you imagine? Wow. I just have a mountain of admiration for her commitment and her diligence in caring for her horse's hoofs. The top photo is Chika at Equitana with our favorite horsemen, Dan James and Dan Steers from Double Dan Horsemanship. When Chika got back to snowy Japan, she sent us this photo. It must have been an adjustment from the Australian heat! Dear to our hearts are Chika and her beloved 4-leggeds. Thanks Chika - it was lovely to meet you! Wishing you many happy trails wherever your home may be,
