Now offering you the world’s most affordable hoof boot – The ELB Slim Sole Hoof Boot from Cavallo. For those still “nervous” about making the shift to becoming ‘barefoot and booted’, and those who are already barefoot but require protection only on limited occasions, the Entry Level Boot is the perfect solution. The ELB is also ideal for rehabilitation and therapeutic purposes, and it makes an excellent ‘spare tire’ for a lost shoe.
The ELB upper material is our 1680 count Denier industrial grade nylon – the same material used on our Sport style hoof boots, which have been ‘tried and tested’ in all terrains since 2008. The replaceable Velcro closure extends the working life of the ELB in the event of Velcro fatigue. Easily fastened by 8 and 80 year-olds alike, the strap does not require a screwdriver, extra physical strength or any other tools. The ELB is offered on both Cavallo’s soles – our Regular Sole, (length and width equal) and our Slim Sole ( width is ¼” or 5mm narrower than length). Both soles incorporate the unique, built in side drainage slots – which drain mud, water and sand easily and will not clog up.
Sold as single boots.

Here are some Cavallo Hoof Boot reviews that we received recently - thanks to everyone for this thoughtful feedback!"I have always had a shod horse but used Cavallo Treks in the Winter. I have ridden on blast rock, climbed mountains, and sunk in deep mud. I love these boots and they even stay on with canter work! My mare foundered last June and wore treks 24/7 until she settled. With the Cavallo Boots and a fabulous barefoot trimmer, we are back in the saddle rehabilitating and comfortable! I am sold on barefoot now and Cavallos are and will be my go to and first choice. I ride with boots now and my mare is happier than I have ever seen her!" - Cheryl Lynn Oickle "I ride in Pacific NW and the norm is muddy mucky trails. I've never lost a Cavallo Trek boot, and I've been using them for years. I have lost other boots prior to them though! I also ride Paso Finos!" - Charlene A. Marley
Happy Driving with Cavallo CLB!"Good afternoon, Just wanted to send you a picture of my miniature's Cavallo boots that I received 2 weeks ago. I love them and Fannie is very comfortable with them. As you can see , she’s not that much bigger than a Newfie dog! Thanks again and keep developing new products that help the horse world!" -Evelyn and Greg MacCaul
Cavallo Crusaders at Equine Affaire!Cavallo CEO Greg Giles recently had the pleasure of meeting Cavallo Crusaders, Lisa and Jeff Sapp, at Equine Affaire in C, Ohio! Lisa and Jeff have eight horses - ALL barefoot and booted in Cavallos! They even took the time to stop and educate people dropping by the Cavallo booth about how well our boots can work for their horses. Thanks again, Jeff and Lisa!
Laminitis - Recovering in Style with Cavallos!"Hey Team, After a rough winter my poor little miniature pony Mona started to develop Laminitis. The first few weeks she spent hours and hours laying down, had no appetite, and was in obvious pain. After a round of Bute she was doing a bit better but that obviously wasn’t a permanent fix. My vet recommended hoof boots to me, but I was having trouble finding them in miniature sizes until I stumbled across the CLB from Cavallo. I ordered a pair after measuring her feet (in pink sparkles, of course, she’s a palomino how could I not). Today I put them on for the first time and I feel like this is the start to getting my pony back. I saw immediate results from her actually WANTING to walk instead of having to drag her behind me on the lead rope begging her to follow, to walking her on uneven footing back to her pen, although she was still stumbling a bit. she was taking confident steps and was happy to walk. With the Cavallo CLB, exercise, diet, and help from my farrier and vet, i have no doubt that Mona will be running around before I know it! Thank you for giving my pony the confidence in knowing that not every step has to hurt! I cannot wait to measure my riding mare and order a pair of hoof boots for her to make her more comfortable as well when we go out on the trail! Attached is a picture of Mona a few minutes after putting the boots on, I think she likes them! Thanks Again," -Maxi

What YOU'RE Saying - March/April 2019
I just bought a pair of your SIMPLE Hoof Boots for my horse. My horse has very soft feet. We keep him shod in the front most of the time. He recently lost a shoe and my farrier is out of town. His foot started to break up and I bought a pair of your boots for him. I have to say I'm very impressed with them. They stay on and are comfortable for him to wear. He doesn't mind them one bit. Thanks again for a great product that I'll recommend to all my horse-loving friends.
