All orders are shipped from our BC warehouse via Canada Post.
For orders over $100 ground shipping is included.
Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost.
Orders are shipped the next business day and take up to 14 business days.
Exchanges and Returns
Cavallo Total Comfort System Saddle Pads are warrantied against manufacturer defects for one year from the date of purchase.
Simple Boots are warrantied against manufacturer defects for 90 days from date of purchase.
For products purchased directly from Cavallo, please note that ALL exchanges/returns must be PRE-AUTHORIZED (call toll free 1-877-818-0037 or will be returned at the sender�s expense. There will be a $10 restocking charge for all returns. All products for exchange must be in a new, resalable condition including their packaging. Refunds can only be given up to 60 days after the initial purchase. After that a credit will be placed on your account.
